I've spent my career cultivating purpose. My background spans international humanitarian organizations, Catholic institutional life, and family enterprise, giving me a distinctive lens on how values-driven organizations build for the long term.
I work with leaders of family businesses and family foundations on strategy, communication, leadership, and the deeply human decisions that shape lasting legacy.
With experience at the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, the Holy See Mission to the United Nations, and the Red Cross Mission to the United Nations, I bring an intimate understanding of how mission-driven organizations operate at the highest levels and how to help them thrive. I hold an MBA from IESE Business School, where I pursued coursework in family business under leading scholars in the field.
After serving as a leader in my family's manufacturing business, I now specialize in advising leaders of family businesses and family foundations and have a deep respect for the dynamics of stewardship, the weight of a founder's vision, and the significant responsibility of those entrusted to carry it forward.
